One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the last floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Florentine's lovingly renovated apartment (80 sqm) with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed) 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen above Seis. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Santner, Schlern and the village of Siusi allo Sciliar! On the spacious terrace you can soak up the sun, eat and relax at the end of the day. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with two additional beds. Very nice apartment (80m²) with balcony in an authentic historical house, situated in a quiet area, just a few steps from the funicular railroad Resciesa (100m) with sledge run of 6km, the famous cable car Seceda (200m) and from the center of Ortisei (400m). Parking is available right by the house, as well as a garden. Arrive, put the car keys away, and be free to go skiing, shopping, enjoy an aperitif, dining, hiking, enjoying your vacations, everything within walking distance.

The elegant "Apartment La Rodra" is located in Ortisei in a quiet but also central position, not far from the ski lifts and the Seceda ski slope. A wonderful view of the Dolomites awaits you here. The 65 m² flat offers space for 4 people.
