Cozy stay for 2 guests in a castle farm in a beautiful setting. The castle farm is part of a historic estate. The accommodation has a private entrance, hall with toilet, living room/kitchen and on the upper floor a bedroom with a luxury bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Delicious coffee via a Nespresso coffee maker. Interesting discount when booking for a week or month.

The 40 sqm apartment is modern and located in a quiet one-way street with good infrastructure, free parking and a bus stop within walking distance. Enjoy the tea and coffee flat rate. A supermarket, bakery, butcher and gas station can be reached quickly. The Wurmtal for access to nature is only a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small furnished kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.
