Place has a stunning view on the valley Oetztal. Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment.

Glanz Glory Apartments Längenfeld Sunny Suite

Whether as a couple or in groups of up to 6 people, you live gemiatlach, the locals' word for cosily, in one of the four stylish suites. We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.

Mountain hut on forest clearing by mountain stream 1,200m

Enjoy nature and hut evenings in a secluded location. The cabin is located on the flank of the Isler in Oberjoch on a small forest clearing. The place with its shops is only 10 minutes away and yet you are completely on your own. It is ideal for 4 people, with 6 people possible - but then it becomes cuddly. Above the meadow is a reservoir, in which bathing is officially prohibited (liability reasons), but in which everyone can bathe (thus at their own risk).

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. Our apartments are located in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the immediate vicinity of the ski and recreation area on the local mountain. You can reach the ski stadium, the Partnach Gorge and the Eckbauerbahn in about 10-15 minutes' walk. The balcony offers magnificent views of the mountains. The center of Garmisch, as well as the center of Partenkirchen, can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
