The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Grossglockner area, the National Park "Hohe Tauern".An alpine holiday apartment on two floors in the old farmhouse, on a permaculture farm, with a separate entrance and its own large terrace. Natural materials give the living comfort a pleasantly warm character. The mountains and the valley within reach, in a secluded location at the edge of the forest. Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment.

The 1-room apartment Silberdistel with mountain view offers on 18 m² a living/bedroom with integrated dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed with footboard as well as a bathroom with shower, WC & hairdryer. The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
