Studia s přímým vstupem z venkovní terasy se nachází 3 minuty jízdy z Oetzu, kde naleznete obchody a restaurace, 5 minut chůze od jezera Piburger See, které je v létě vhodné ke koupání (24 st.), rybaření a v zimě k bruslení. V Piburgu je možnost stravování ve dvou restauracích - 3 minuty chůze. Lyžařský areál Hochoetz propojený s areálem Kühtai je vzdálen 2 km, do Söldenu dojedete za 30 min. nebo lze využít bezplatný skibus stavící před budovou. Milovníky lázní nadchnou vyhlášené Aqua Dome-15 km

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

The apartment Alpenrose with lake and mountain view from every window, offers on 40 m² a living room with pull-out couch for one person, a dining area including fully equipped kitchenette and a separate bedroom with double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet & hairdryer. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof and has a covered 19 m² balcony, which extends over the entire length of the apartment with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains.
