Haus Ziaglbrenna in Ramsau in Zillertal

We, father and daughter, Judith and Engelbert offer an uncomplicated, simple one. It is a separate double room in our house with bathroom, TV but without breakfast. Since I'm working, we offer breakfast only on request for a surcharge of 12.00 per breakfast per person. We are centrally located in the valley. In winter, the ski bus stops right in front of our ski cellar. We strive to offer a balanced price-performance ratio and look forward to welcoming each guest.

Steffhof - Ensuite room in charming austrian farm

Our farmhouse is situated 1000 meters above sea level, right in the middle in between Kitzbühel and Zell am See. It takes only five minutes to the ski area of Kitzbühel, in summer you can start hiking right in front o the house. A bus stopp is only several meters away. Our view is amazing: all the peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" are right in front of us. Our farm has a large garden. Singles, families with children, couples, groups - everyone is welcome!

Haus Marinus

In Haus Marinus, your day begins with a royal breakfast to fuel your adventures. Enjoy a drink in our cozy bar or unwind in our garden with stunning views of mountains and waterfalls. The Pitztal Summer Card is included, offering free access to regional activities. We welcome children above 3 years. We've got a ski storage with boot heaters. From Kufstein up the hill your destination will be "Berg'k'hof" alpine hideaway. The Axamer Lizum Olympic ski resort, the Götzner and Muttereralm cable cars, mini-golf, tennis court, Lake Natter and numerous hiking trails invite you. The bus stops with connections to Innsbruck and the Axamer Lizum ski resort (travel time 20 minutes each) are in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk). Innsbruck Airport is 5 km away.

Gabi's little Spezerey offers nests to feel good. The wonderfully traditional, smart and charming room invites you to relax. In the room there is an espresso maker and a small refrigerator. Linger in the garden with the herb bed, the chicken coop and the on-site pool. Or maybe it's a nice get-together under the small arbor behind the house? We also offer a pull-out couch as a crib in this room, the cost is € 35,-

The suite in the tower

For romantics, this suite is just the thing! The apartment is luxuriously furnished with elegant period furniture and fine fabrics. For two people, this apartment is ideal! There are 36 m² available to you. The suite is housed in a former hunting lodge in the Tyrolean Zugspitze Arena. From the castle you have an amazing view of the Zugspitze massif.

Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house.
