The house with all the amenities is located on a large and undisturbed horse farm with its own jetty, close to the bus to Stockholm. The house is suitable for four people. One person can then sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (door to close if there is one). The sleeping area is on the upper floor where a wall separates the double bed from a single bed, so it's like two bedrooms. The double bed can be separated into single beds. Freshly made beds and towels. Two toilets are available with shower, sauna and washing machine. TV room sofa and Apple TV.

Cosy little cottage of a simpler standard with a lake view – only about 100 metres to a small boat jetty with swimming opportunities in Lake Orlången. The cottage has two outdoor patios and free parking for two cars. About 22 minutes by car from central Stockholm, you will find Vidja, which offers an unbeatable tranquility with birdsong, bathing lakes and nature reserves around the corner. Note: Road conversions are in progress throughout the nearby area. Construction traffic may occur during the day, Monday to Friday (07:00–16:00)

The completely private backyard has a natural pool and wood-fired hot tub for about 10 people. Enjoy the newly built sauna for 8-10 people. 8 parking spaces next to the house, which of course is fully equipped in every possible way. Allergy: Dog/cat allowed. Our outdoor cat will stay unless you have notified us otherwise (requires nothing from you as a guest).

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

There are good connections with bus/commuter train/tram, travel time to Södermalm is about 15 minutes and the city is about 20 minutes.
