Welcome to a cozy, recently renovated small apartment, which is located in a separate building in the yard of our home. The accommodation has its own entrance, bathroom, kitchen and private terrace. The courtyard swimming pool is shared with the residents of the house. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has two sofa beds. The area is peaceful and safe, and parking is possible right in front of the accommodation. We live in the house next door and will be happy to help if you need help.

Outdoor areas leading to the Furuvik nature reserve and the seashore open right next to the plot. The distance to the golf course is 4 km, to riding stables 1,5 km and to the seashore 600 m.

The yard features a swimming pool, a sauna, and an 8-person terrace area perfect for grilling for larger groups. The house comfortably accommodates 8 ppl, and with an air mattress, up to 10 ppl. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, a workspace, 2 toilets and showers, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also an indoor sauna in the basement. The middle and upper floors are air-conditioned.

In a renovated cottage with all amenities, you'll spend free time no matter the time of year. On the covered terrace, you can cook without clinging to the weather, the beach sauna is 15 meters from the seaside sauna there is also a dressing room and a heated pool. The natural beach is 50 meters away and the beach is shallow, so it's great for the little ones in the family.
