The Wash House Studio is secluded in the heart of Orford close to the local shops and restaurants and Pump Street Bakery. We also have off street parking. It's a stylishly converted, self contained double studio with en suite and amazing views to the water from our meadow across to the river Ore. You can use the Shepherd's Hut too! A L shaped private dwelling with 2 banks of 'bi-fold' doors overlooking a large pond in a secluded sunny courtyard. Suitable for 4 adults. We welcome tradesmen .There is off road parking on a large gravel drive to park large vehicles on safely. No children under the age of 8 years and babies in arms allowed . Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there is not enough access for a wheelchair,. Sorry but no pets. Furnished to high standard and fully equipped with most items.
