Fantastic archipelago accommodation!

This unique, amazing house is built in the 18th century but has been renovated extensively over the years where old charm meets new. The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

Idyllic archipelago cottage

Cozy archipelago cottage on a lake plot with its own dock, patio and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on the island of Långgarn, 7 minutes by my boat from Söderby pier. Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island.

Amazing sea view and sunny location

Cozy and fresh house with fantastic view and sun all day/evening. The house is located high up with a porch that goes around the house. Unobstructed view of Horsfjärden. The house has three rooms and a kitchen. Lake view from all rooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with wide bunk bed (120 cm down there). In close proximity to the house, there is a guest house with a wide bunk bed and toilet. Close to beach with diving tower, golf courses, café, restaurant, shop, boat to Utö. 30 minutes from Stockholm by car. Convenient public transport.

Villa Granskugga - Your quiet oasis near the city

Newly-built mini villa with a luxurious feel in scenic areas. Lake and canoe rental can be reached within a short walking distance, Tyresta nature reserve is located next to the house with miles of hiking trails and running tracks. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.
