On a 1000 sqm sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birch trees, pines and oaks, lies our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit in the conservatory with a coffee – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly tranquility in a natural environment.

Een tiny-house in een voormalige bierbrouwerij. Gelegen op een kaasboerderij op het landgoed Twickel. Dit kleine huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een volledig uitgeruste keuken. TV en WIFI aanwezig. Ontbijt mogelijk na contact. Het huisje heeft een eigen terras met een omheinde tuin waar je in de rust en stilte kunt genieten van het mooie vrije uitzicht over de weilanden. Ook is er een cobb bbq aanwezig om bij mooi weer buiten een lekkere maaltijd te bereiden.

The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits.

This unique pool house is located in the heart of Borne. Here you can enjoy various wellness options. You can enjoy your tranquility in a wooded area. Borne city centre is also within walking distance. The pool house is 500 m2 and has a terrace of 250 m2, two bedrooms, bathroom, sauna, steam sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, rain shower, professional sunbed, laundry facilities, kitchen, refrigerator, spacious living room, gas and charcoal grill.

The rural surroundings of the beautiful spa town of Bad Bentheim invite you to go on long hiking and cycling tours, where there is a lot to discover. Thanks to the good connections, even slightly more distant destinations in the neighboring Netherlands or in the Westphalian Münsterland can be easily reached.

Wij (Erik & Maaike) zijn sinds augustus ‘23 eigenaar van dit heerlijke stulpje. Ruimtelijk, fenomenaal uitzicht over de weilanden, rustig en toch binnen 5 minuten fietsafstand van het centrum van Oldenzaal. We willen deze fantastische plek graag met je delen (samen met onze hond Henk, 2 kittens en 3 kipjes)
