House Rules Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am No smoking Conveniently located for things to do and transport links; To access the closest train station at Lawrence Hill it takes 13 minutes by bus, 5 minutes by car, 28 minutes on foot, or 7 minutes by bike. From here it is easy to visit Bath, get to Temple Meads train station (centre Bristol), Stapleton Road Station, Montpellier Station and Clifton Down providing access to the famous Clifton District. Close to the M32 motorway making arrival by car or hitting the road at the end of your stay easy. A few minutes from Bristol and Bath railway path providing access to Bath by bike or the city centre via foot or bike. To the city centre; 14 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bike (using the Bristol and Bath railway path), 25 minutes on the bus (short walk to the bus stop and relatively cheap), or 30 to 40 minutes on foot to Cabot Circus. 10 to 15 minute walk to Church Road where you will find coffee shops, restaurants, cocktail bars, wine bars, live music, fast food and supermarkets. 10 minute walk to St Georges Park which has recreational areas including a lake, tennis courts, table tennis, coffee shop and playground. There are various walks close by including the Frome Valley which includes Eastville Park, Snuff Mills, and Oldbury Court Estate. If the property is unavailable on your preferred check in date and you really need this date for a specific reason please contact us and we'll do everything we can to assist you. Sometimes the property is available for earlier check-ins. If this is something that is useful, send us a message and we will see if it's possible. Cosy self-contained annex in BS5

PARKING IS ON THE MAIN ROAD ONLY, approx 200m walk away. The private lane is only for short drop-offs. Self-contained annex on the edge of BS5. Close to main transport routes and local amenities. It is ideally suited for a single person on a longer stay or a couple on a shorter stay. The bed is a small double at 4ft wide. Set back from the main road so it's peaceful and relaxed A dedicated entrance ensures you can come and go as you please. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

City Hideaway with hot tub (No group parties)

We self built the Little Trooper in 2017 with the intention of achieving a unique, fun and comfortable oasis hid away up a private road in the middle of the City giving a holiday feel to escape the fast pace of City life. The house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children and is intended to cater for large families visiting our beautiful city. I think the pictures say it all really and as you will see the house is kitted out with all the extras and luxuries to please everyone.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Spacious 1 bed flat with self check in, code provided prior to arrival, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, living room, kitchen and dining room. 2 miles to City Centre 2 minute walk to St George park You will also find that the location is convenient being close to shops, facilities and buses to the rest of the city. There is private outside space (smoking is allowed out there) but no furniture for outdoor seating and it it not very inviting at current.

Modern immaculate studio. AC, Parking. Not in CAZ.

The Snug is the perfect place for short stays if you like a private space instead of a hotel. You'll have everything you need, all in one cosy place. Our self checkin is quick & easy. Your own private entrance & driveway. Your own outside deck area. We are outside the Clean Air Zone. The Snug is a separate building in the garden of our property. We are on hand to solve problems, but more often than not you may not actually see us at all.
