We warmly welcome you at our home. We who live here are a quiet and friendly married couple. The guest room is nice and clean, with the possibility of unpacking a suitcase and hanging clothes in the wardrobe. Please see description below pictures. The apartment is cozy decorated, where everything is made possible to enjoy quiet days indoors, if you want. Breakfast is served with home baked bread and we will arrange time the day before. We also arrange time for use of a bathroom, so that everyone will have the time you need in the bathroom.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a living room with sofa. There is a TV in both bedrooms as well as in the living room, Apple TV on all TVs and Sonos sound system throughout the apartment. The apartment has the necessary items such as fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee machine, cups/utensils and dishwasher. The bathroom has a washing machine, shower corner, toilet and underfloor heating.

In the neighborhood you will find shops, restaurants, and anything else you could want. It is 2 minutes to walk to the bus, airport bus and tram, and 8 minutes to the main railway station. Trondheim Square is 400 meters from the pier, which is located by the canal in the city center.

Here you can open the French balcony doors and get comfortable and enjoy the view of the brewery in Kjøpmannsgata, Gamle bybro and Nidaros Cathedral, in addition to the afternoon and evening sun. Apartment located high in the mountain, with private driveway. When winter is over, it is recommended that guests park a car downstairs and walk about 5 min up to apartment. It's a unique apartment from the view with its own balcony.
