There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. - outdoor kitchen with summer water in the tap and sleeping cabin - outdoor shower (summer water) is also mounted for short shower lengths as I do not have unlimited water there. - Mobile wifi with 50gb so not unlimited use

Modern, bright apartment for four people, built in 2022, in Byåsen. Private entrance and lockbox so you can easily come and go as you please. Here it is quiet and peaceful. Large bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room for two people. Bed linen supplied. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Washing machine in bathroom. Smart TV and wifi. In the street you park your car for free. It's 5 5 km to the town centre and  5 km to Granåsen, with excellent bus services and grocery shops nearby.

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

The house has one bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet, which makes it convenient for larger groups. The large patios are perfect for relaxation and social gatherings. In addition, we have parking with room for 3-4 cars. Ideal for groups and families who want a comfortable base in quiet neighborhoods.

Practical flat with 2 bedrooms right in the very center of Trondheim. Sleeps 4 persons. Cosy athmosphere, and with all the commodities to have a relaxing and nice stay. Cozy old wooden building in a high first floor location. 2 minutes walk from the airport bus and 5 minutes walk to the central station. You have all of Trondheim just outside your door, but being in an alloway it’s secluded and quiet. Some city sounds must be expected.
