Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

This is the place where you can relax from work and stress. Here you are all alone inside the forest with the possibility to sleep over as well. It is possible to sleep 4 people, but it is best suited for two people. FREE ACCESS TO DRY AND NICE FIREWOOD. 200 meters from parking. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. - outdoor kitchen with summer water in the tap and sleeping cabin - outdoor shower (summer water) is also mounted for short shower lengths as I do not have unlimited water there. - Mobile wifi with 50gb so not unlimited use

Lovely panoramic views of Trondheimsfjorden. Good hiking opportunities in the field with the farm as a starting point. Short distance to great beach by car. There are cats, chickens and goats on the farm. The apartment consist of the 1st floor: Access to private toilet 2nd floor. 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, hallway with some storage facilities.

Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 meters high, with four floors. Bygd i tre med utstrakt gjenbruk av materialer. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
