Beds for 9 and the house is fully equipped. Free street parking outside for 1 car. The house is located in one of the city's oldest streets with romantic and protected houses. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house overlooking Sandefjord city center. A staircase must be climbed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning during summer. Proximity to many beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 min by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.

Unikt lite hus med umiddelbar nærhet til Sandefjord sentrum. Her er du kun minutter unna alle byens fasiliteter. Huset er nyoppusset og har alle fasiliteter som gjør oppholdet enkelt. Huset har ikke eget soverom, men en meget god sovesofa i stuen som raskt gjøres om til seng om kvelden, samt en dobbeltseng på hemsen (loftsluke). Kjøkkenet er helt nytt og fult utstyrt slik at dere selv kan velge å spise hjemme eller ta den korte turen ned til byen. Parkering for bil rett utenfor huset.

Living room with kitchenette and new bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by two children. The basement is not in use when rented. Parking on the property is possible. The lawn in front of the annex can be used by the tenant. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
