Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). Separate entrance, 2 rooms balcony and bathroom

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.

Die sehr zentral in Troisdorf gelegene Altbauwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und umfasst eine Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Duschbad. Von dort erreicht man leicht den Fernbahnhof in Siegburg mit ICE Anbindung. Der Flughafen Köln/Bonn ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Köln und Bonn sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist bei Fragen gerne erreichbar.

The double room with its own entrance door and private bathroom is located on the first floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shops are within 3 minutes' walk, Bonn city center is 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with a wardrobe connects the room to the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.
