Relax with us, stay in the Gutspark and enjoy the time. The approx. 65 m2 apartment is located on the east side on the upper floor of the historic manor house, which is being gradually reconstructed. Guests are welcome to use the terrace. For the evening there is a grill ready and there is a fireplace. Via our fruit meadow you come to the Trebel, where you can go fishing, experience nature or use a paddle boat. Bassendorf is a rural idyll that you can reach via a 2 km long avenue.

Wortshaus: Illustration & apartment with sauna

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The guest apartment is idyllically located in a rural and low-key environment. The bright nights from May to July are a treat! The starry sky is sometimes breathtaking. The connection with the car is very good: A20 in 11 minutes, Stralsund in 25 minutes, Baltic Sea beach in 45 minutes.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. The 30 sqm newly renovated apartment has a double bed with closet and secretary, a sofa, TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with small table. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet/shower. It is perfect for a quiet holiday. The beach is about 30 minutes by car. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 adults or for 1 adult with 1 child. The house has a well-kept outdoor area, where the barbecue can also be turned on.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
