Nice 2-room 3* independent in secure villa, with terrace and parking, ideally located on the heights of Aix-Les-Bains, between lake and mountains. 3 minutes from highway access, 5 minutes from the hyper center, 10 minutes from the lake and about 20 minutes from the ski resorts. Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

In a renovated house above the lake , the view is breathtaking. this 19m2 studio, independent on the ground floor with all the amenities you will need for a pleasant time . You can walk to the lake in 5 minutes and enjoy a nice setting. Knowing the surroundings very well, I could advise you on the many opportunities for walks and "good" plans . I'm always available .
