The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. This listed & stylishly restored flat has a comfy kingsize bed, bathroom w rain shower/modern kitchen/cozy living room & walk-in closet. Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. Det finns ett fullutrustat kök med plats för 4 personer vid matbordet samt egen tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sovrummet har en queen-size dubbelsäng samt bekväm bäddsoffa för 2 sovande. Du parkerar bil, lastbil eller bil med släp precis utanför dörren, behöver du kunna ladda elbilen går laddplats att ordna!

Perfekt boende för 2 vuxna! Centralt på Dalaplan. Gångavstånd till Möllan & även buss/tågförbindelser är bara ett par minuter bort. ej komplett kök! Ugn saknas. Finns: 1 st induktionshäll, kaffebryggare, pressobryggare. Kylskåp med likvärdigt stor frys finns. Wifi ingår. Säkerhet: Utrustat med larm, möjlighet till både hel-larm men även skalskydd. Hos mig är du alltid trygg ♥️ Host bor vägg i vägg. Har hundar (3små) samt barn på halvtid. Så har du husdjur är dessa också välkomna 😻

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.
