Quiet, secluded and close to nature, there is this cozy one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, suitable for 2-4 guests. The apartment is 34 sqm and has a newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with room for 4 people at the dining table and its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed as well as comfortable sofa-bed for 2 sleeping. You park a car, truck or car with a trailer right outside the door, you need to be able to charge the electric car to arrange!

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

The house is in a quiet and culture protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free but COSTS SEK2/hour 24/7. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is about 74 sqm, divided into a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which is a sofa bed. The farm is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Pleasant apartment located in an idyllic village about 10 km outside Malmö. Close to the Arriesjön hiking area and several golf courses. The easiest way to get here is by car. The nearest train station is in V Ingelstad, about 3 km from here. Convenience store is in nearby V Ingelstad about 3 km, larger store in Oxie about 3 km. Car charger available, please let us know if you want to charge fee 3.50 SEK/kWh is paid directly to the host.
