Our dear " Grändhus" newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully located on Östra Stranden - an untouched oasis among fishermen's meadows and boathouses. Quiet walks along the Baltic Sea shore. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus about 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in the "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

The house was newly renovated in 2021-2024. New floor. New kitchen. New beds, furniture. New windows, door and add-on insulated fall 23 Yale doorman The terrace runs along the entire back of the house. The gas grill, bought in 2022. If you want to use it, you buy gas yourself. Lounge furniture and big dinner table. Fibre installed. 2022 washer/dryer Double bed, 2 single beds. Towels, bed set and beach towels are rented for 200 SEK/set. for more than 4 people: SEK 500/night per person. Charging post electric car

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Från ovanvåningens sällskapsrum blickar du ut över havet som från en kommandobrygga. Tre sovrum, varav ett med wc, rymligt vardagsrum, välutrustat kök, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill och trädgård. 50 meter till havet. Smygehuk bjuder på liv och rörelse sommartid med fiskrökeri, restaurang, caféer, hantverksbodar, glasskiosk och turistbyrå. Sandstrand med bad ca 1 km bort.

The house is located 300 meters from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 2 km from Höllviken center where there are both food and clothing stores as well as many nice restaurants to choose from. Car distance to many nice golf courses. and in about 3 minutes walking distance there is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation.
