UNIQUE SUMMER HOUSE IN A MAGICAL LOCATION

A little bit of paradise... It's how you feel when you step into this fantastic house that is tucked behind chalky white sand dunes on a large nature plot by the shore of the sea. The house, in well preserved original condition from 1961, has a modest elegance and at the same time is so ingenious in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson who designed it together with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner who had this as a summer house. Here he was able to pull away and enjoy the quiet.

Villa centrally southernmost Skåne

Peaceful and central accommodation with a garden as a private oasis. The city center and central station can be reached in 5 minutes, the beach in 12 minutes by bike. Only 15 minutes to Näset, 25 minutes to Falsterbo and Malmö. The house is 135 sqm incl. basement with sauna, pool and relaxation. Three bedrooms (family bed and 2 sofa beds that can be made into double beds). Two bathrooms. Pool April-October. During the summer, guests are also responsible for the lighter maintenance of the garden, pool and watering of flowers.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Close to Beach, ocean & near Malmo/Copenhagen

Located a short bike ride from the stunning white sandy beaches (3km south), and Öresund, popular w. wind-/kite surfers (west). The apartment is on the top-level of my house, private entrance and garden area, BBQ, fireplace, sauna/spa, and balcony. Equipped with the essentials, a small, yet practical kitchenette (w. refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic kitchenware) The bedroom has a double bed, extra foldable beds, baby bassinet, and there are 2 loaner bikes...

Main building with kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room downstairs. Uppstairs a double bed and a bunk bed for two. A guest house on the premises (toilet in main buildning) with a double bed and sleeping loft. Ideal for a couple, family/families with kids (4 adults, 4 children) or friends that like living close.
