Our dear " Grändhus" newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully located on Östra Stranden - an untouched oasis among fishermen's meadows and boathouses. Quiet walks along the Baltic Sea shore. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus about 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in the "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Experiences in Skåne

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the sea, beach, city center and ferries. Approximately 15 minutes to the train and bus station and then possibilities to all of Skåne and Copenhagen. Free parking, bicycle storage and laundry room. Two double bedrooms and private toilet on the second floor as well as a bathroom and toilet on the first floor. Possibilities for patio, outdoor furniture and barbecuing in better weather. Transportation and breakfast can be arranged if required.

Attefallshuset (Our cottage)

Huset på 30 kvm ligger en kort promenad från Kämpingestranden med den populära strandkrogen Strandtugg. Närmaste affär är 10 min bort till fots, eller 5 min med cykel, större köpcentrum Toppen, med livsmedel, kläder o Systembolag ligger också inom cykelavstånd. Höllviken erbjuder många olika aktiviteter under sommaren, liksom närhet t Malmö (25 min m buss) och Köpenhamn (50 min m buss och tåg). Falsterbo/Skanör nås enkelt med buss/bil eller cykel. Busshållplats ligger inom nära promenadavstånd.

Lägenheten ligger i källarvåningen av huset, med egen ingång. - fri parkering - fri Wi-Fi - handdukar och linne ingår. Möjlighet att använda strykjärn och boka tvättmaskin. Fr Trbgs centralstation tar du dig snabbt m tåg el buss till bl.a Malmö o Kphmn. 10 min gång till golfbana.

Enjoy the tranquility of Beddingestrand with 300 meters to the white sandy beach while Österlen, Ystad, Malmö and Copenhagen are just around the corner. Here is a large and bright plot in a southerly position. Sunbathe on the wooden deck, have a coffee under the big oak or why not play a game of kubb? There is plenty of space for different activities. The cottage is not the most modern, but it has character and charm to offer.

This questhouse in lake grounds is situated 800m to Beddingestrand beach and offers you, as a couple or the whole family, a time to relax at this peaceful place to stay. Sleeping accommodation includes double and single bed upstairs with bunkbeds and a sofa bed on the ground floor . The guesthouse is fully renovated and is fully fitted out to a high standard . External ground include a lake and lovely gardens .
