The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

The thick walls provide a great indoor climate, in summer it remains very pleasantly cool. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, hiking and swimming. The Chiemsee can be reached within 5 minutes by car and the mountains within 15 minutes. Great bike tours can be started directly from the house. Beautiful walking paths right outside the front door. You will enjoy your vacation in a beautiful and lovingly renovated apartment, which is located in a historic building - one of the oldest in Traunstein. The "Gütl" is more than 400 years old, has been restored with attention to detail and thus exudes unique charm. In the approx. 145 m² apartment, there is no lack of comfort. There is enough space for up to eight people. Dogs are also very welcome here!

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Welcome to our tiny house, which we built ourselves with a lot of love. We hope you feel just as comfortable as we do. Under the big roof is a second tiny house, "Brüderchen," which can also be booked via Airbnb. Both Tinys have their own terrace, but share a roof and a shared space in the middle with a washer and dryer as well as the large garden.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A walking distance to the city center with its markets, cafes and beer gardens. In an hour you are in Munich. It takes 30 minutes to get to Salzburg. Both are easily accessible by train. The train station is a 10-minute walk from our house. Chiemsee, Wagingersee - 10 minutes by car :-)
