Herzlich willkommen in unserer 2019 liebevoll neu eingerichteten Ferienwohnung im 1. Obergeschoss! Auf Sie wartet eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich (inkl. Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle), ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Smart-TV, zwei helle Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten) sowie ein Badezimmer mit Wanne und separater Dusche. Ein Reisebett ist auf Wunsch zustellbar. Genießen Sie die Sonne auf dem überdachten Südbalkon oder nutzen Sie den Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit.

Die Apartements befinden sich im Schloss Irmelshausen, einem besonders historischem Ambiente. Im Schlosspark kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und die Ruhe genießen. Kinder können dort das Spielhaus, den Sandkasten, die Nestschaukel oder die Slagline und das Trampolin zum toben benutzen, die Erwachsenen ein Buch auf den Daybeds lesen.

Enjoy your holiday in rural idyll on the Büdenhof Jahn in beautiful Upper Franconia. The Büdenhof Jahn is a family-run Naturland farm with organic farming and livestock breeding. The Büdenhof is now in the fourth generation of family ownership. On the one hand, you can enjoy the quiet location in nature and at the same time are centrally located to reach the old town of Seßlach in just 10 minutes by car or the cities of Coburg and Bad Staffelstein in 15 minutes by car.

The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
