Tiny House with pool between mountains and sea

Our newly built vacation home "Casa Via dell'Acqua" (year 2023), is located on the edge of a small valley with ample space in the middle of nature among olive trees and citrus trees typical of Sicily. It is about 3 km from the sea and the fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena. The view falls on the mountains of the "Pizzo Cane" nature reserve (you can hike) and you can glimpse the sea. Next to the house is another vacation home of my mother's ideal for +4 people.

Casa Villea - Big terrace with sea view

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

A quiet and comfortable detached villa with direct access to the sea. The beach is characterized by posedonia, classified by the biologists the nursery of the crystal clear sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 double use of which 1 with a private bathroom in the room, the third room for quadruple use also has a private en-suite bathroom. There is also a sofa bed for two other guests. An outdoor bathroom, with two showers, one indoor and one outdoor on the beach.
