The apartment (120m²) is located in a XVIII century building, just next to the cathedral and close to the sea. It offers an amazing view of Cefalù and an incomparable position. 2 King Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a huge living and dining room, a living kitchen and a private laundry.

Mondello Luxury Apartment

At just 50meters from Mondello beach!!! Luxury apartment with sea & village view. All the amenities for a perfect holiday near this sea of tropical colors! Many shops just nearby make things easy. Parking outside is free from October 1st to end of May after you have to pay on blu stripes from 08:00 to 20:00. In Some street without blue stripes you can park for free even between June and Sept. We do not have any private parking. Another option is a private garage just below our apartment.

Beach house 1

Seaside house just 4 km from the centre of Cefalù and 1 km from Sant’Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced houses located a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt in the area, characterised by pebbles and shingle. The seabed is almost entirely made up of very fine sand (but this may change depending on storm surges). In short, a real home by the sea!!!
