At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 for double use, 1 with a private bathroom in the room, the third bedroom for quadruple use, also equipped with a private bathroom in the room. There is also a sofa bed for two more guests. An outdoor bathroom, with two showers, one indoor and one outdoor on the beach.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

The house is a few kilometers from Cefalù, near the small village of S. Ambrogio. Immersed in nature, among olive trees, close to the Madonie Park, the view of the fortress of Cefalù and the islands of the Aeolian archipelago, it will enchant you at every hour of the day by changing colors, passing from the light blue of the morning to the red fire of the sunset star of the night.
