If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. Villa Clori I is a vacation home surrounded by greenery with a breathtaking sea view. The house is completely independent: all rooms are air-conditioned, there are smart TVs, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The beds have latex mattresses and pillows and large wardrobes equipped with safes. In the outdoor areas there are tables, chairs, barbecue sofas and a parking lot with an electric car charging station.
