Lovely and cozy guest house, comfortable & renovated

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This is an outbuilding with its own private terrace. In addition you have access to the closed courtyard in which you can park your vehicle Located in the city center of Saint Pierre des Corps, 7 minutes' walk from the TGV train station and 4 km from Tours center. The accommodation measures 70 m2, it has one bedroom and is very comfortable. The entrance to the courtyard is shared but access to the terrace is 100% private. The ACCOMMODATION IS NEW

"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house is finally renovated in summer 2024 m. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Furnished in a studio with a bedroom area (bed 160X190), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside, and the Loire castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to seven and fully available between 8 and 23 August.

Fontevraud Abbey, the castles of Chinon, Saumur, Chenonceau, and even Chaumont-sur-Loire are accessible within the hour thanks to the expressways. Bike shelter available. Private parking. The cottage is completely separate from my house which is nearby. You're my only guests.
