The guest house is finally renovated in summer 2024 m. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Furnished in a studio with a bedroom area (bed 160X190), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside, and the Loire castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to seven and fully available between 8 and 23 August.

The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

In the heart of the Loire Valley, you are within walking distance of visiting the castles of Amboise, Chaumont, Chenonceau, Clos Lucé... The nearby Loire awaits you for a bike ride unless you prefer to enjoy the garden or the pool (4 m x 10 m) heated to 29°

In the heart of the main Chateaux de la Loire, you have 4 spacious rooms and annexes located in an old mill located on 5 hectares of nature. The ubiquitous presence of water, heated swimming pool (opening from 15/06 to 15/09) (pond, river, laundry...) will mark your stay in depth. The estate is good for families (with kids) and groups. Welcome to La Petite Bret, a comfortable and charming house in the outbuildings of an 18th century property. You will enjoy the quietness of the countryside, just 1 km from the shops. A walk will take you to the Château de Villandry and you will enjoy many other tourist attractions offered by the UNESCO-listed Loire Valley: the famous castles, vineyards, historic districts and shopping in Tours, the Loire Valley cycling tour...

We trust our guests to respect the premises and leave the accommodation in the condition in which they found it. Non-smoking accommodation, ashtray available in the garden.

We provide linen: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a dead end with no traffic. Perfect for relaxing!
