Here you have a lovely house with lots of light and with beautiful sea views and pastures all around. Sea fishing is supposed to be incredibly good here on the south coast. Fresh decor in marine tones. Kitchen, dining area and living room (with a single bed chair) on the ground floor, as well as guest toilet. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom as well as another bedroom with a sofa bed (2p) as well as a single bed, bathroom with shower. Fireplace for cozy evenings in the kitchen or you can enjoy the summer evenings out on the terrace with dining area and barbeque.

There are two separate entrances to the guest house. In Skivarps village, there is a renowned guest house within walking distance. 4 km away is one of Skåne's finest beaches, Mossbystrand. At the same distance you will find Abbekås with the possibility of a jetty bath and Bongska huset, restaurant, café and bakery, dogs are welcome inside.

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway.
