For the business traveller the Marsh Barton Trading Estate is only a five minute drive. It is also close to St Thomas train station, a 15 minute walk to Exeter Cathedral and the new Princesshay shopping precinct where you can wine and dine in our many and varied eateries. For those venturing further afield Dartmoor and the coast is but a half hour drive away

A room by the sea Our rooms are all about the view, comfortable, cosy, room only accommodation with the beach just steps away and a fabulous view across the whole of Tor bay Some rooms even have private little balconies so you can sit and listen to the waves and watch the sunrise. We do also have a bijoux family room with a double bed and bunkbeds with a seaview but NO balcony and a triple room with a double bed and single bed please ask for details if you wish to book a family room.

Double Room in Friendly Home @ Nyumbani

Our single room in a friendly shared home is 3.5 miles from central Exeter, a short drive from beaches & nature walks, in a great position both for work and exploring. On arrival, I'll show you the shared kitchen, answer any questions and pass on keys. We host between 1 and 3 guests. You're welcome to hangout in the diner or enjoy the peace of your room. Bathrooms are shared with up to 2 other guests. One parking space is allocated on a first come, first served basis.
