This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. Other local beaches include the sandy Broadsands which is a 15 minute drive away, Goodrington with its waterpark or the wild unspoilt St Marys beach which is a 30 minute walk around the Coast Path.
