This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The entire upper floor of an almost 100-year-old house: three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lockable, space for 5. I live downstairs with my children. We completely renovated the kitchen — induction, dishwasher, a proper work surface. The windows, on the other hand, are simple standard, and the floorboards creak because they are as old as the house. That's why the walls are thick... Potsdam can be reached by train in 7 minutes, Berlin in 30. Lake Plessow is just down the road.

Our cozy apartment has a living area of approx. 60 sqm and a terrace of approx. 20 sqm. It is furnished for 4 people. The living room is divided into a living, cooking and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a wellness shower and a washing machine. The barbecue area is currently being renovated, but is usable.

Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
