Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The Residence is located in the center of the city, in a 16th century building that incorporates a medieval tower. The large apartment with double entrance consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and study; the sleeping area includes three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, also available individually. Due to its location and configuration, the Residence is particularly suitable for business stays.

After a few years of stopping, our apartment is back on Airbnb. Five minutes from the old town center Todi you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Umbrian hills. The house is built on three floors and the bathroom and kitchen have been recently renovated. Tourist tax to be paid on-site in cash upon arrival.
