Quiet neighborhood ideal for arrivals or departures from Ciampino airport, events at the Capannelle racecourse, to visit the Villa dei Quintili and the ancient Appia. The bright spacious room has a large balcony that overlooks the garden, in the morning it is pleasant to have breakfast on the terrace or spend moments of relaxation outdoors. The room has just been renovated we are located near the metro line A stop (Furio Camillo) the historic center can be easily reached in about 10 minutes by metro (Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Colosseum) Appio-Latino is a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the historic center. There are several bars, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream that I will recommend. I can speak english, french.

it is possible to stay in three with comfort because there is a little tiny room in front of the main bedroom with one single bed, suitable for a child/kid. the little room doesn't have the window but it's got a little door, it is just beside the bedroom so it is perfect for a little family. please watch the photos before to book. very warm in the winter and fresh in the summer.
