Die geräumige Einzimmerwohnung verfügt über eine moderne und vollausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine (Filter und PAD), Toaster, Eierkocher, Wasserkocher und eine Badewanne sowie ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Das Ende eines schönen Tages können Sie im Liegestuhl auf unserer Sonnenterrasse ausklingen lassen.

The apartment is ideally suited for couples, solo travelers or good friends. It consists of a room with a double bed, a living and dining area, a new bathroom and a sunny balcony. The apartment is renovated, modern and well equipped. From the quiet residential area you can walk to the lake in 10 minutes, to the train station in 15 minutes and can therefore be ideally used as a starting point for any activities (e.g. with the Hochschwarzwald Card). The High Black Forest Card is included.

The tourist tax of 3.50 euros per person/day is included in the overnight price. The apartment has a separate entrance, parquet flooring as well as garden furniture and a grill on the terrace. It has a separate kitchen. In the living room, there is a dining area for 4 people with direct access to the terrace, a sofa bed, a TV as well as games and books. The bedroom has a large double bed and a closet. The bathroom has a shower, mirror cabinet, hairdryer, toilet and sink.

The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
