An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. Cosy apartment with panoramic views in the mountains

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation with great views, spacious garden, play opportunities for kids and numerous hiking trails that start directly from the farm. In addition, we pamper our guests with numerous farm and homemade products, as well as a daily fresh bun service (except Sundays and holidays). In winter, you can reach the cable cars of the ski resort "Carezza" in just 8 minutes and that of the "Seiser Alm" in 25 minutes.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.
