The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

In a lovingly renovated, listed three-sided courtyard, the guest apartment is located in the upper part of the former stable building. Just a few steps out to the courtyard and you are in the middle of the countryside: in the beautiful Muldental, the landscape and various sights invite you to take long walks, bike tours and excursions. The village of Höfgen is located between Leipzig and Dresden and, with its listed half-timbered houses, is one of the most beautiful villages in Saxony.

Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
