Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Completely renovated, designed to accommodate, ground floor with terrace and private parking, a large double bedroom (king size bed 170x200) with access to the rear terrace with laundry, in the sleeping area of the open-sapace a single bed 80×190  separated by curtains from the sofa bed (140×200) in the living space. Welcome, come and relax in our cottage ideally located in a quiet area. At the foot of the castles of Allinges, in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes from Thonon/Evian, our cottage enjoys a privileged location that will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the area. To do during the summer: Walks around the cottage to the castles and forest, mountain hikes (Mont Forchat 20 min), swimming in the lake (10 min), entertainment of all kinds in Thonon, Sciez, Evian.

We have arranged in our house an independent apartment, terrace, overlooking Lake Geneva. Room of 65 m2 with living spaces. Nature and tranquility guaranteed 200 meters walk from Lake Geneva, the park, Corzent beach, lakeside paths, 600 meters from the city center and 400 meters from the ValVital Baths. Near shopping malls, bypass, multiplex cinema. Independent entrance at the bottom of the house, secure setting. Private parking in front of gate.

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.

Le Petite Maison Neuvecelle is a charming village house on the heights of Evian with a terrace and a south-facing fenced garden. Possibility of bringing a motorcycle onto the terrace. This pretty atypical house is composed on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. Upstairs, an open space with a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed.

Sunset House (Option jacuzzi)

Ideally located between the lake and the mountains, this Provencal house enjoys exceptional views over Lake Geneva and the Alps. With its terrace hidden from view, you can enjoy the panoramic views while having a meal. Jacuzzi option: If you wish to use the Jacuzzi, we ask for a supplement of 100 CHF for the entire stay (included: (chemical, energy, hot and clean water).
