Entire simple non-smoking F2 in rustic house in Féternes in Haute-Savoie. Random TV and internet, very bad connection. Kitchen/living room 12 m2. Hallway bunk bed. Bedroom 15 m2, bed 140. Narrow shower, not suitable for large people, toilet, sink, washing machine. Private terrace. Pets excluded. Free parking. Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!
