We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. A house with a breathtaking view inside the Pontal do Atalaia, a noble area of Arraial do Cabo and away from the bustle of the center. Air-conditioned suite, living room with excellent sofa bed, full kitchen, terrace with hydromassage and barbecue , and with a view of the sea of Arraial do Cabo. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds.
