Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. A house with stunning views within Pontal do Atalaia, a prime area of Arraial do Cabo and away from the hustle and bustle of the center. Suite with air-conditioning, living room with excellent sofa bed, full kitchen, terrace with whirlpool and barbecue, and with a view of the sea of Arraial do Cabo. The entire house overlooks the sea. We are 2.5 km from Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia. The condominium is still under construction and has some nearby construction, but nothing to disrupt your stay.

Nice house, on the sand, facing the sea of Arraial do Cabo. We are 6 km, 11 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds.
