Beautiful house in the most charming condo in Buzios! With 5 suites, air-conditioning, internet and lots of comfort. The house has a swimming pool and private barbecue, full kitchen and deck overlooking the sea. Closed condominium and insurance The charming Village Búzios condominium is located on Praia dos Ossos. Walk to the beaches; dos Ossos, Azeda, Azedinha, João Fernando and more. Stroll along the Orla Bardot to Rua das Pedras without needing a car. Breakfast is sometimes included in the morning.

Beautiful house! Four en-suites in Praça dos Ossos.

Dream house with beautiful social area with swimming pool, steam sauna, terrace with beautiful view and pleasant covered space with barbecue and toilet. With two living rooms, a 70-inch TV room, a full kitchen with a dining room, a toilet and four comfortable suites. The house has a fantastic sea view! Close to four beaches and the Orla Bardot, which leads to Rua das Pedras on foot. Extremely charming and sophisticated house! Accommodates a maximum of eight adults and four children (up to 12 years old).

Comfort and a wonderful view of Buzios

The house is located in the beach of João Fernandes (150m), the beach has calm waters proper for kids and families. It's near the Rua das Pedras (Downtown Búzios). On the beach there are various bars and restaurants that serve all kind of seafood. The view is wonderful, you can even see the sea from the bed on the top stairs bedroom. The house was completely reformed in 2015, so everything is new. The kitchen is integrated with the barbecue grill, forming a gourmet space that's very pleasurable.

Flat Orla Bardot Buzios Front facing the sea

You will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk from the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches, Ossos Azeda and Azedinho and João Fernandes… or if you wish to go by taxi boat. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse.

Obrigado por considerar o nosso flat para a sua estadia! Estamos localizados na bonita Orla Bardot que e na realidade o prolongamento da Rua das Pedras. Um lugar calmo e pitoresco onde você estara bem proximo a lojas, restaurantes, bares, boates e praias incríveis. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
