It’s deep in the heart of rural Hampshire and the beautiful Test Valley. It is close to many other pretty villages and historic towns and cities including Winchester and Salisbury, and offers access to many other places of interest. You can walk straight out onto your own patio and relax in the pretty garden

Hawks Barn: New getaway barn with stunning views.

Hawks Barn is a refurbished, self contained, two bedroom getaway, located a stones throw from Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Surrounded by stunning views and walks, the barn is just 10 minutes from Newbury and Whitchurch station to Paddington and Waterloo. Opposite the main house, with parking for 2 cars, the barn has a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a small bathroom. Downstairs is a modern sitting room with a 7-seater sofa, large TV, fully fitted kitchen, and a dining and work space.

The Cart Shed at Parsonage Farmhouse

A striking, converted cart shed with vaulted ceiling, detached from the hosts property. Situated down a long driveway within a 10 minute walk of this thriving Test Valley village. The village station is within an hour of London Waterloo. Local attractions include Bombay Sapphire Distillery Visitor Centre (20% discount available for our guests), Highclere Castle, the location for Downton Abbey, a number of local gastro pubs and many country walks. It sits in the pretty village of Hurstbourne Tarrant in the heart of the Test Valley surrounded by beautiful countryside providing walks on the famous Test Way. There are some great local pubs close by. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the Bombay Sapphire Distillery are all near, as well as the quaint market towns of Stockbridge and Hungerford and the ancient cathedral city of Winchester.
