Small house full of charm in the center of Tervuren. Great quite location, 5 min walk to the beautiful Park of Tervuren and to the center of Tervuren with lots of shops and restaurants. Walk 5 min to catch the tram 44 which brings you in 20 min to Brussels. 15 min from Zaventem AirPort. One private parking place and free parking in the street (electrical terminal for cars). The location of the house combines the calm of the charming green district of Tervuren with the proximity of Brussels.

1min from railway station, "garden cottage" separated from the main house (where we live). set amidst a historical garden. It is 70 m² with a split level, and offers accommodation for 6 people. It has a dining table, TV, netflix, Wifi, and a brand new kitchen, small bathroom, . direct connection bij train to central Brussels and Leuven (20min). It is suitable for business travelers, couples, (also long term), groups and families (6p in 1 room, only short term)

Logement entier au 3e étage sans ascenseur. Appartement non fumeur. Pour se rendre au logement il faut passer par les escaliers communs de l’habitant. En face du Woluwe Shopping. A 200m du métro, bus tram. Près de l’aéroport. Près de l’UCL Hôpital et Université. Parfait pour étudiant ou voyageur. Vous vous retrouvez en 20 min au centre ville avec le métro ligne 1.Station Roodebeek. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement à côté de la station de métro Roodebeek.
