The neighborhood is authentic and very close to downtown Capesterre which is accessed by road or beach. Shops within walking distance and many natural wonders within walking distance. Large studio on Anse Mire beach 8 minutes walk from the dock . Bed 160, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning, Tv , Wifi , linens and bath sheets provided... (BB bed to be loaned if needed). Outside double terrace: 1 sunny with sunbeds,mattresses, and outdoor shower, 1 sheltered with table and chairs. This studio awaits you for a pleasant stay, there is no shortage of sunshine. Access is available at 9am upon request .

Large studio 400 meters from the beach and the center and overlooking the bay of Terre-de-Haut... Colline Kaz is located high up which means that there is a height... For the view it is perfect but it imposes a slightly difficult walk for a few meters... (50 meters of climb). Note that there is a goods dock that generates noise at the time of loading and unloading... Our rate takes this inconvenience into account.
