If you’re craving Caribbean romance, come home to Casa Maya, where the magic of Culebra melds with a touch of passionate India. You’ll gaze out at the blue Bay from the infinity plunge pool, the wrap-around deck, and even inside, from the full kitchen, the king bedroom, and the bathroom. You’ll savor a rainfall shower in a grotto of stones from nearby Flamenco Beach, and candlelit dinners under the Milky Way. “Maya” means “illusion” in Hindi. You’ll pinch yourself to make sure it’s real!
“I echo all of the great reviews that came before mine. Kavita’s place is very unique and special and a rare find. It’s very secluded and private - perfect for a romantic getaway. She is a very caring, attentive and responsive host. Do not hesitate to ask her for tips. The house is about an 8 minute drive from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Flamenco beach. On that note, it’s imperative to rent a Jeep for exploring and basic getting around. IMO, you wouldn’t/couldn’t walk to beach or grocery from the house. The pictures depict the property accurately. In fact, the space is better to experience person. We ate most of our meals at the house and had all of the supplies that we needed for cooking. Just needed to buy the ingredients. If you want to visit this amazing island, I highly recommend Kavita’s place.”

“I had such a wonderful stay. Casa Resaca is everything you'll need and more when visiting the beautiful island of Culebra. The space is gorgeous, lush green plants and bright colorful flowers await you when you step outside your door. Deborah made coffee every morning and I sipped it while dipping my feet in the little pool on the porch. The hammoc was a dream, and the amenities were so thoughtful (so nice to have a beach chair and small ice chest to borrow!) and Deborah was so kind a friendly and gave me so many good tips for my time on Culebra. If I ever come back to Puerto Rico, I am 100% hopping back on one of those tiny 6-passenger planes and staying at Casa Resaca!”
