“Highly recommended! The only place to stay in Sapphire. Deb and Darryl are absolutely the best! Absolute pleasure to meet them, they are so warm and lovely. We recently stayed for our wedding and honeymoon. They left us a personalized bottle of champagne for our wedding along with a handwritten note with well wishes. The condo is super clean and modern. Everything was beautifully decorated and stylish. So many personal touches they have added to their condo. Their place is the perfect location (we walked right outside and got married) steps away from the ocean, the beach bar and coffee shop. There are two pools you can walk to. You can walk to one restaurant Sudi’s up on the hill. The condo has a grill which was a major plus! And the condo came equipped with goodies and things to get us started. The patio was our favorite, just waking up opening those curtains and walking out to a spectacular view. Not to mention all the wildlife friends we made! Minutes away from Red Hook. If you’re staying a week my suggestion is to rent a car, unless you want to spend some money on taxis...everywhere else is 20+ minutes away. They really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Their place is so cozy and equipped with everything you could possibly need down to snorkel gear and floats. Best snorkeling just steps away from the condo. They picked us up from the airport and took us when we were leaving. Darryl showed us some great spots along the way including Drake’s Seat. What a view! We’ll definitely be coming back for our anniversary.”
This unit is small and cozy with great views of the seaports, airport, and downtown. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the short 5-7 min drive to restaurants and dining. This unit is great for solo adventurers or business travelers and features wireless internet and cable television. When an exception is made to allow two individuals, there will be an additional surcharge of $10.00 per day to be paid upon arrival. This unit does require the use of stairs.
“The apartment was small, but it easily fit my needs. It had everything I needed for my trip, and I would gladly stay again in the future. Shirley was great as well, even taking the time to point out different places to go on the island. It was a great experience overall!”
Located on the cool Northside of St. Thomas, our home looks out over a large flat-ish yard & a panoramic view of Magen's Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and 20 small islands. Your unit has a private entrance 5 steps down from your dedicated parking space.
“My boyfriend and I just finished up an amazing week in Dean and Melissa's place. We loved St. Thomas and this was the perfect place to stay while exploring the USVI! The apartment is spacious and clean. Dean and Melissa provided beach towels, chairs, and noodles that we brought to the beach every day. The view from the deck is breathtaking. At night you can hear various birds and creatures all around you, making you feel like you are really in nature. We woke up to the roosters every morning. Dean and Melissa were also great hosts, providing us with recommendations on local beaches and restaurants. We would definitely recommend renting a car to explore the island. We enjoyed spending time at Magen's Bay and Lindquist Beach. One day we took the ferry to Water Island, rented a golf cart, and went to Honeymoon Beach, which was so beautiful and so fun. We would definitely recommend taking the ferry to St. John for a day. It was easy for us to bring a car over (we made a reservation for the 9 am ferry the evening before). In St. John we went to Trunk Bay, Hawksnest Beach, and Cinnamon Beach. They were all incredibly beautiful. We also drove to Coral Bay and went to Lime Out, which is a floating taco bar out in the water. It was very cool and the drinks and tacos were amazing. For dinners we went to Hull Bay Hideaway, Brooks Bar, Sib's, and Mafolie, which were all great. All in all, this trip was one of the best we've had and Dean and Melissa's place was absolutely the perfect place to stay!”
